Behram Pasha Mansion

The mansion is located on the east side of Behram Pasha Street. It was built in accordance with traditional Diyarbakır house architecture. The structure is two story, divided into two sections facing east and south. Basalt stone dominates the building, which is one of the examples of civil architecture in Diyarbakır. The building consists of a nearly square courtyard in the center, surrounded by rows of iwans and rooms. Completely constructed of black basalt stone, the Behram Pasha Mansion also features white limestone in its decorations.
