Located near Abalı Village, where it intersects with the Bırkleyn Stream in the Lice district of Diyarbakır, the caves are notable for a 900-meter long natural tunnel and reliefs depicting Assyrian kings. It is rumored that Alexander the Great encamped his army here during his eastern campaign.
