The Çankırı Stone Mosque is an important structure remaining from the Seljuk period. This complex, known as the Cemaleddin Ferruh Hospital and Darülhadis (school of hadith), is of great interest from an architectural and artistic point of view. The hospital section was built in 1235 by Atabey Cemaleddin Ferruh. Seven years later, in 1242-1243, the Darülhadis was added. These structures were built by Cemaleddin Ferruh, who is considered the founder of notable health institutions in Çankırı. The parts that have survived to the present day include the Stone Mosque and the Darülhadis section, which contains the tomb of Cemaleddin Ferruh. However, the hospital section has completely disappeared. The Stone Mosque is considered an important part of Çankırı's cultural and historical heritage.
