Cleopatra Gate, also known as the Sea Gate, is a city gate located in Tarsus district of Mersin, named after the Egyptian queen Cleopatra VII. The city walls, built during the Byzantine period, already included the Mountain Gate, the Adana Gate, and the Sea Gate.
