Located 6 km from Silvan district, in the Hasuni Valley, the Hasuni Caves overlook the Silvan Plain. The cave complex, with over 300 rooms, was continuously inhabited from the 1st millennium BC to the 13th century AD. Within the caves are: water reservoirs, a bathhouse, rock staircases, and churches. There is also a 12th century church built with cut stones.
